Is there a way to assign multiple resources to a booking? Dynamics Field Service

Say I have a job where multiple engineers are needed, how do I assign multiple resources to one booking? It seems the only way is to create a new booking per engineer for the same work order for the same time? Seems illogical and not intuitive.

Yes, I think that's the normal way to go here.

You could also use "Resource Groups", see here:

However they need a bit of time to be set up individually.

Other possibilities might be using Project Service and/or RSO (separate licenses).
