I want to let the user to create a record inside a subgrid without opening the main form or the quick create form of the subgrid entity.

I want them to add it inline instead of opening a form

Hi partner,

As Bassey suggested, you can use 'editable grid' control to edit records in the sub-grid directly.

But it can't help us create new records without opening any forms.

My suggestion: Creating one on-demand workflow on the sub-grid entity to create new records, then you can edit new created records in the editable sub-grid:

--creating records with required fields , sabe and active it.

Then you will see it in the sub-grid, run it to create new records.

This should help - Make model-driven app views and grids (lists) editable by using the Editable Grid custom control with Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

You need to change the control to the editable subgrid.
