Hi All,
Is there a way for customer service to download Omnichannel Chat Transcripts in bulk?

Hey!
What do you mean "in bulk"? When enabled, the Omnichannel chat transcript can be downloaded from within the conversation. As each conversation is a separated session, not sure you can select different conversations and download them.

Bulk mean, client wants to download multiple chat transcripts for different-2 customers at the same time.

There is no straightforward out-of-the-box solution available,
you may need to use web API to accomplish:
