Hi,

I am Running a Ms flow on the custom entity with the help of custom button, through this flow I am creating an email record "using add a new row" action.

If I do add only one user into the CC then flow is working fine but here I want to add Multiple custom users and one hard coded Email address, so how can I achieve this.

    Hi,

    I believe you can add as many elements as you want to "Activity Party Attribute":

    Yes !! I am able to add multiple email custom values in CC but what about the hard coded mail address in cc.

    As I mentioned in my question above, I want to add a hardcoded email address as well.

    Hi Himanshu,

    Sorry, I misunderstood your issue. Sending emails to an address that is not saved in the CRM as a contact, account or lead (...) is not automatically done.

    You need to allow messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent: Advanced settings --> Administration --> System settings --> Email Tab --> allow the feature as shown below:

    Then in your flow:

    1- Add all your resolved recipients and add CC Activity party attribute with an empty address like below, and then click on the button surrounded by red square:

    Then you can hard code the email address in CC:

    {
        "participationtypemask": 3,
        "addressused": "test@test.com"
      }

    You can find a complete explanation on this great blog: https://linnzawwin.blogspot.com/2020/06/send-email-to-unresolved-recipients-in.html

    Hi,

    You need to add a comma "," after "participationtypemask":3.
