Custom Entity Dynamics 365 App

Dear Community,

Hope is all well. I have a customer with Field Service Dynamics 365. I am able to login to Dynamics 365 iOS app and not issues, but when I created Apps and Custom entity the navigation never shows in iOS.

My question is: Could I get a Dynamics 365 App or a Single Custom Entity to Show in iOS Native Application? 

Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi,

    What do you mean "when I created Apps and Custom entity the navigation never shows in iOS"?

    What App do you create?

    Besides, do you mean the custom entity is not showing in the Dynamics 365 App?

    If so, could you kindly check whether you have ticked the choice boxes in the following screenshot.

    Hi July,

    Correct it is a custom entity which I would like to see on dynamics 365 ios App. Could I have the Dynamics 365 app to also be the only entities showing?

    Also could by issue by related to site map? I see all other entities but not custom one

    Hi,

    You need to add the custom entity to at least one of the sitemap area as below.
