How can we automatically send and email to the email listed in the Sales Order Contact info?

Hi Rolo,

the email listed in the Sales Order Contact info means 'Potential Customer' column in the order table?

There is only one 1:N relationship between contact and order tables:

If so, you can create one workflow to achieve it automatically:

Hi Rolo Chavez ,

You can send email using Workflow or using Power Automate flow on creation of order or on update of any field or status of order.
