for some reason, I cannot enable real-time marketing on a trial account.
Last year, I set it up for another trial account which worked. I went to Marketing Trial environment and enable the real-time marketing feature from Updates. But this time, it doesn't give me an option to install it, as below:
Please assist.

Yes, Im based on Australia. with my last trial account, I had the same content as yours. the only difference was the office 365 license. what license do you use now?

I could get it there on my trial account.
This feature is only available in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Asia-Pacific geographies as the doc says. Are you in these geographies?
