Hi All,
I have two users saying they are unable to change account number in Distribute Amounts in Expense Report Screen.They say they used to have access to change the account number string but now can't. (we haven't taken any permissions away though...)
They would also like to have the Budget Managers to have access to change account strings. There are certain departments that have an adjunct that teach multiple courses and need the ability to change the program and department if needed.
Any advise would be helpful here.
Can you check the status for expense report? is it approved? also they are distributing at line level or header level?
Also, check if there is any policy setup around this
As the final approver, I am unable to edit the distribution and our AP person is also unable to edit the distribution prior to posting.
Jus check if there is any policy or work flow step which allows you to update distribution when it is in in review
Users do not have access to the policy, so do not update when it is in review.
Hi,
Try this - If it is related to updation of Financial dimension
In Expense report - on action pane click on Go to > Details
Then in Expense line in detail view on the right find Financial Dimension, See if you can able to update dimension there. If yes, you can check in Distribute amounts the updated dimensions.
