Trouble installing Web Services on IIS option on AX 2012 FP VM

I am using the AX 2012 FP VM, and I am trying to install the Web Services on IIS option onto it.  The install gets most of the way through the process, and then it rolls back with a "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" error.  Any suggestions?

    check you share the installation log ? do u have IIS installed ?

    Yes, IIS was already installed on the VM.  Here's the end of the setup log file.

    i believe this what you are having problem

    u installing on VM, where you have domain controller as well ? if yes check the service account for AX. that service account should be any user.
