Hi All

Is there a way to automatically insert the email body when the email form pops up, instead of user using below action and then selecting the predefined template?

Auto Insert Quote/Order Email Body

Hi, I would try to do this with Power Automate:

Create a new Automated Cloud Flow in Power Automate.

Trigger: When a new row is added in the Email Table (Dataverse).

Add an Update Row action for the email record.

Set the Description (Email Body) field with your predefined template.
