Hi All, I have a query, I have a lookup showing Period 0,period 1,period 2...Period 11,Period 12, Period 13, in table Fiscal calender Period. I am trying to get lookup In my Report parameter form i.e contract class, to show lookup in order Period 0,1,2,3,4,5..13 But lookup shows in order 0,1,11,12,2,3,13,4... Looks like this how AX itself sorts alphanumeric data. Any function or logic i can use while buidling the query or while performing syslookup can I control to desired result? As a long step, I was thinking of building a view from query and write computed coloumn to sort priority. Any thoughts will be helpful. Thanks in advance Sabarish

I guess, your idea to use computed column in a View, and using that as a sort field is the best.

Typecasting and Range together in a Query, sounds almost impossible.
