Dynamics Ax 2009 sp1 and Biztalk Server 2009 RTM

Hi

Is MS Dynamics Ax 2009 can runn with Biztalk Server 2009 RTM? We have onlyWinodws Server 2008 and MS is saying The BizTalk adapter cannot be installed on Windows Server 2008? What should we do to use biztalk server?

     We are running the same setup.

    You mentioned Micorosft is saying that BizTalk adapter cannont be installed on Windows Server 2008?  We were able to get it installed but it has yet to work.  Is there any official documentation stating you can't use server 2008 w/ AX 2009 BizTalk adapters?

    BizTalk adapter

    Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 or BizTalk Server 2006 R2, Standard or Enterprise edition

    Important: The BizTalk adapter cannot be installed on Windows Server 2008.

    Thanks Henrik,

    This has to be talking about the 2006 adapters not working with Windows 2008, don't you think?  Granted I am still receiving errors with my current orcestration but it seems very close to working.

    The official statement of support for Biztalk2009 and AX2090 hass not been made yet. It is likely it will appear soon.

     I think that the reason that the requirements say that the adaptor cannot be on win2008 is because biztalk2006 is not supported on win2008.

    BizTalk Server Adapter requirements
    To run an application integration gateway that uses the BizTalk Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics AX, review the following sections.

    Operating system requirements
    The BizTalk Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics AX runs on Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006. BizTalk Server 2006 R2 and BizTalk Server 2009 are supported with Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 Service Pack 2 or later. You can find the minimum operating system requirements for BizTalk Server on the BizTalk Web site.

    Note: You must run the BizTalk adapter on a 32-bit operating system. The BizTalk adapter is not supported on Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
