Web Apps Report Error

I deploy webapps and webservice on a report server, I deploy the webapps as should and everythin works except reports. When I go on reports I get server error and the log reveal this:

2/7/2020 10:06 PM Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.ROIService.ReadReportInfo NullReferenceException Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (Consumer: ::1)
at Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.WebServices.ROIService.ROIDTO_Read_ReportInfo(String rptNbr, String rptFormat, Guid session_key)
at Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.WebServices.WebMethodPattern.Run[T1,T2,T3,TResult](String methodName, Guid session, Func`4 method, T1 arg1, T2 arg2, T3 arg3)

does anyone know what this mean and how to resolve?

Dear Omarchris,

I don't recognize that error in particular...however you get two logs located at the default C:\ProgramData\Microsoft Dynamics SL

there should be two directories in there and the daily log might give a better description of the error, but it might not.

Check the domain table and see if there is something there with a blank databaase name and get rid of that record (via sql)

In the system database on the rs_reportserver table you should only have 1 record in there.

delete the record that isn't valid.
