Activation of Modules on Customer Engagement Licence

​Hi Team,
Need assistance in activating modules for a client who is on a Customer Engagement plan and can only utilize The service Module. The modules to be activated are as follows.
1. Sales
2. Project Automation
3. Idea Management
4. Help Desk
