Vendor balance due date - with "use external document number"

Hi All,

When we run the report Vendor balance due date, we have a different result when we select "use external document number".

What can be the reason for this? Or how do we take the report with "use external document number" and see all the lines.

Thanks,

Belinda

    Hi

One reason could be that some orders entered with different external document No. You can use Send To then Excel. Then run report with both Use External Document No  on/off then compare them together. Then find the discrepancy and investigate that specific invoice.

Hi, I checked the source code and it doesn't look like the data will be different because of 'Use External Document No.'. This just determines that the values of VendLedgDocumentNo (Vendor Ledger Document No.) and DtldVendLedgDocumentNo (Detailed Vendor Ledger Document No.) are different.

I agree with MahGah, you can export the data to check the difference by following the method below.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.
