Open lines in Excel button is not showing

Hi,
We upgraded our VMs to 10.0.33. The Open lines in Excel button is not showing for Vendor Invoice and General ledger entries in all environement.

One VM, the button is there

But the other VM, it is not.

Any thoughts ?

Hi,

Can you confirm if the user is not assigned any roles except 'SysAdmin'? It might also be due to roles , this might be not seen in the other env.

Hi,
The issue has been resolved. I addressed to Microsoft. They suggested to restart the AOS for that environment to clear any caching. We did and it resolved the issue. The Button (menu) Open lines in Excel is shown.

We have this same issue currently, could you please advise what you are referring to by 'restarting the AOS'? Is this article what I should follow to resolve this issue? Restart environment services - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
