Hi,
The below notification is coming and unable to access the CRM
 
"You (j090cpr@login.cat.com) need to be added to a security group to access this environment (caterpillar2)"
 
Please guide...

    Hi,
    You can use security groups to control which licensed users can be members of a particular environment. 
    A security group restricts access to the environment to people in the security group.
    So you can add this user into the security group of current environment:
