Have a client using custom channels in outbound marketing for push and sms . I note with custom channel you cannot say if sms is received or clicked on then do this same is true of the push notification channel.
Yet you can do if email is open clicked etc. if somebody is using push and sms should we be moving them to real time marketing and if so is there any downside from moving to outbound to real time
I note you do get in real time when an sms is received or opened.
I assume with realtime you get analytics also and I assume with custom channels its not as easy???
