User Information not poping up while click on the image in top right side in dynamics crm 2013

We migrated the server for dynamics crm 2013 . Last time it shows pops up user information when click on user profile image which is available in top right side but after installed crm 2013 in new server while click on image nothing happend, Build number for crm is same for both servers . Any clue?

Did you try more than one browser? Could pop-ups be turned off.

IS everyone having the issue or just you? Try logging in another machine with your ID to see if it has the same results. Try logging in your machine with a different ID to see if it has same results.

Lastly, did anyone edit the SiteMap?

Hi Bethb,

I realized this function is need to customize by developer. when doing migration of server we missed some javascript function , now it is fixed. Thanks for the followup.
