Unable to import worker contacts with "truncate entity" option enabled.

I have been trying to import worker contacts using "Worker contacts" entity with truncate entity option enabled but getting error "Cannot locate data source record of type DirPartyContactEntity with RecId XXXXX. Entity name: HcmWorkerContactEntity, RecId: XXXXX, Database operation: Delete". Any idea what might be causing this. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Does it work correctly without the truncate option enabled? Is there already some other history which blocks deletes? Do you really need to truncate the data?
