Hello all,
We are currently on Dynamics AX2012R3 CU13 and we have a strange issue. 2 specific users in our organization are facing an issue with grids setup in AX2012. When they personalize their grid in example SalesTableListPage form (the user add a field to the grid) the setting is being kept. But when the user is closing the ax client and then logs in again the personlization on the grid is not being kept.
Does anyone know what is going wrong? We tried deleting personal user setting but that did not do the trick.
