Blank marketing page, despite source code all being there

I've created a marketing page with a heavily designed header and footer (in a template) with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

There template has been working fine, when put into a page, however with a minor tweak (added columns and an addd marketing form placeholder)  the marketing page is now appearing blank. No header, no footer, no form, just a blank white page. The source code is all correct.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? This is pretty urgent and was working correctly as of a week ago before I made those minor tweaks.
