Hi All,

I am using warehouse and transportation management, I completed picking process and now at the time of rate shop I am receiving following error from the system.

Dear Ali Danish,

Please check the following setup.

1. Rate master setup

2. Rate Base for mileage calculation.

Make sure the the pick and drop location has proper distance mapped in the system. if it is not there you could expect such error message.

Suppose From Karanchi to Dubai distance is 2606.7 miles. If your carrier Emirate takes .10 AED per 1 mile AX will calculate fare for you 260 AED one side. In order for Emirate to calculate the distance they should have this formula defined in their system. If system is unable to calculate the distance system will give you error as you are getting. So I will suggest you to check the distance calculation.

Hi PK,

Following is the setup of mileage engine. The warehouse postal code is 94115 USA and customer's postal code is 98007. Same postal codes are defined for warehouse and customer. But still system is throwing same exception.

Dear Ali,

You can check the Mileage engine. Pick up and Drop off codes should be same in rate route workbench.
