Hold emailing of invoices

Hello Group,

In earlier versions of GP, prior to 18.3, when sales invoices were emailed, it was possible to switch Outlook to Offline mode, hold and modify emails, attach additional documents before sending. Once the functionality of email switched to use Modern Authentication with Application (Client) ID, there is no way to hold emails in the Outbox so they can be modified and supporting documents attached.

Have anybody found a workaround?

Thank you!

    RE: Hold emailing of invoices

Turning Outlook offline makes sense, but nothing that we have advertised or recommended, as we would encourage the setup of the MESSAGE ID to be correct, and explore using DOC ATTACH so the emails are correct from the get-go.  This is more of an Outlook question, so hopefully the Community can respond, or you can further check online resources for Outlook.

    Thank you in advance.
