
Our customer has multiple email addresses they've implemented as aliases to 1 mailbox.
They still want to use the original used email address in the routing rules for the case.
I can't see the email headers information in the screen, or in the entities data via XrmToolBox.
Does anybody know if and where the email headers are stored or how I can fetch that data?

I don't believe we store header information in CRM. They can looking into other conditions that might work as routing rule.
