e-Invoicing for Romania

Dear all,

As you may know Romania has implemented the necessity for e-Invoicing, like Italy has. Usually Microsoft provides Electronic Reporting Models to support such regulations. I couldnt find any ER-Models, to support the creation of electronic invoices, i.e. outgoing invoices in xml format.

We are using D365 F&O.

Does anyone has any experience towards that or can recommend MS Partners in Romania?

Hi,

At present, it seems that there is no official documentation for Romania, you may have to wait a little longer, or you can contact a local partner directly. As for the Microsoft partners in Romania you mentioned, you can refer to this link where you can find the partners that meet your requirements: Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource.

Since MS doesnt provide a solution as in Poland or other countries, we decided to use Electronic Reporting, the Invoice Model, Invoice Model mapping and the UBL Project Invoice Format as the foundation to adjust the xml per requirement from the Romanian government.
