So we have had the process flows removed from our opportunities and leads, but suddenly they appeared again..
I have gone into the form editor on various solutions including the default solutions but I don't see the process flow appearing at all.
1.) How can I find it where this is?
2) How do I remove it so it doesn't show up on the opportunity and lead forms?

Hi,
If you deactivate all business process flow, then it will not be shown for New records which are created after deactivating Business process flow.
If there are any records created before deactivating business process flow, those will show business process flow, because those records are associated with business process flow.
To remove business process flow from existing records, you need to remove that reference or process Id from records.
