What is this error?
You do not have the following permissions on tabledata office add-in setup?

It seems you do not have proper license or permissions assigned to you to use that table.
what is the ID of the table? check your license first..
In the Permission Sets, you need to add the object (Office add-in setup) and provide permission.

Office add-in setup is a standard 1601 table, and it should be covered by your normal license. Than I would agree with TharangaC regarding granting the permission for that user for this table in the user permission setup.

When you are getting this error ? Is it during opening of application or are your running this table directly ?
