We have a need to book provision for doubtful debt customer wise. (Not the write off) Is there any way to achieve this in AX. We are currently just booking a total journal entry for provisions but cannot track per customer.
We do not want to book it on customer because we would want that Aging should not reflect the provisions created and when we send to customer’s their outstanding stmt it should still show as due..as o/w obviously they would not pay if it is not in statement.
Any work arounds or if such feature is available, looking forward for your suggestions.
