Dear community members,

We faced an issue with Dynamics 365 Outlook Client performance. Previously each team when a user tried to create a potential opportunity record - contact and company (account) if they present in CRM were autopopulated on the corrrespondong fields of the form. However, now when we try to create an opportunity or any other possible records, no fields are afterpopulated.

Please have a look on screenshot below.

Can someone face with this issue?

Or there are any changes required to be applied to the system to fix it?

Thank you!

One addition: client successfully find connection to the created records, such as Contact (from email recipient). However, not transfer or populate it to the new record creation.
