BPF not moving to next stage when qualifying

Hi,

We have a BPF which is used for leads and opportunities. When user clicks qualify, the opportunity is created and it is linked to the originating lead, however the BPF does not move to the next stage automatically. The user has to open the lead record and manually click the next stage for it to work.

This used to work fine and it is still working on the dev instance but we noticed this issue very recently on the test environment. Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

    Hi kelly,

    You mentioned "it's still running on the development instance", do you have two environments, one for development and one for testing? But the BPF works fine in the development environment and has problems in the test environment?

    Could you provide the following screenshot? I can't reproduce your problem. Not sure if there are other flows that are having an effect.

    Hi Kelly,

    If that's work in your development environment, Add your Business process Flow in a solution into your development environment and then Import your solution in your test environment.

    Hope that's helpful.

    If not, can you share with us a screen that details the error please ?
