Hello, I have a problem when obtaining the results of the getEnvironment method.
I use this method to know what type of page the user is on and if he is in an entity and even to know the identifier of said entity.
If the Omnichannel user creates a session and is placed, for example, in a contact, if I execute getEnviromnet() I do not receive the following attributes in the result: appid, etn, id, pagetype.
But if I create the session with the createSession() method and then execute getEnviroment() I do receive them and I can know where the user is located.
To say that this behavior only occurs with Omnichannel, if I do the same with version 1 of the Cif framework on the CRM Hub, both when the user browses or if I create the page, the same attributes are always returned.
Please, any help?
