Form personalization : some fields cannot be added !

Dears ,

all users rather than me (admin) are experiencing issue on form personlization. When we do form personlization , 

some fields cannot be added rather than other fields can be .

in details :
Fixed assist form i want to add acquisition date
once i added it is not appears in the grid and also if i saved .although other fields like 'agent' appears if added .

Does any one experience the same? we have AX 2012 R2 , CU7 .fa_5F00_cust.png

    Hi Aser,

    The acquisition date field on the assets is related to country specific features. The country/region codes property has the next values: CZ,HU,LV. This is the reason why they are not visible if the legal entity is not related to these three countries. This is another acquisition date field as used on the value models.

    Actually i got the reason of this problem but unfortunately i did not get the solution

    should i select region or that not good or possible way and what is the other acquisition date field that can be used.

    please give me the best scenario to achieve the goal of adding this field .

    Hi Aser,

    The standard acquisition date is part of the value model table (AssetBook). If this table is not on part of the query, you cannot add it on the list page. If you want to use the field related to localization, then you have to remove the countryregion property value or add your countries to this list.
