OOTB configuration to create auto post after a case is reactivated

Is there an OOTB way to create auto post after a case is reactivated in dynamics crm 365?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately Activity Feed Configuration can not be transporated to other instance via solution.

    You can either do it manually in your target instance or use Configuration Migration tool to move those changes from dev to UAT/PROD.

    Hello Leah Ju,

    Again, thank you very much for always sending a help.

    This is exactly what I need. However, I am working on Dev environment and it worked.

    My question now is: can it be included in a solution so that it can be deployed to other instances such as Quality and Production or should it be configured separately on all environments?

    Hi,

    This is what you can do to achieve your requirement.

    Create new custom Two Option field Case Closed.

    Now create real time workflow ash shown below to create Post when case is reactivated -

    Hi Jolas365,

    By default, one auto-post can be created after you reactive one case that customer is account:

    Go Settings > Activity Feeds Configuration, then find case entity:

    It has a number of related out-of-the-box rules that can be activated.

    Based on the screenshot, there is one rule named 'Case Reactivated for an Account', so after reactivating case, the auto-post only can be created for the case that customer is account.

    But you can create your own automatic posts through workflow.
