After upgrading to the new 2023 wave 1 release in a SBX, it came to our attention that for certain sales Features such as 'Up Next', Work Lists, Relationship Analytics, CUSTOM Activity Types don’t appear in the aggregations. It seems to me only native activities such as phone call, tasks, appointment and emails are accounted for. Is there customization around this?
Quick example - Task activity type was included in the Up Next, however a Custom Activity Type 'Meeting' was not being surfaced in the Up Next widget.
After marking the Task Activity complete, i created 2 custom activities. One with a scheduled end date and another one without. They both do not appear in the Up Next section:
Is this a Microsoft design to only limit it to native MSFT Activities, or I hope there is a way we can include our custom Activity types.
