CRM365 online - send email on behalf of shared emailbox

Can you please explain to me how I can send an email from a mailbox and that therefore does not have a user that I can select in the “From” field on model driven app .
I have already approved and enbled the mailbox, and created the Queue.

Make sure that shared mailbox email address is set to the queue's incoming email:

Then you can set this queue as email sender:

Hi,

You need add queue entity into the app that you are using.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/add-edit-app-components?view=op-9-1

Then you can search the queue in the 'From' field of the email.
