Convert Quote attachment(Word file) to PDF in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

Hello Experts,

Hope all doing good.

We have Quote record and user will attach the word document (Notes section against quote record). We need to convert this word file to PDF and attach to same quote record.

Please help me to achieve this.

Note: This PDF will be send to customer via email.

You can follow the Part B to convert the Word to PDF.

Dear Manoj,

Thanks for your response. and I apricate you.

I have used Microsoft Data verse and "when a record is created as the trigger of your flow" is deprecated.

I have used exactly related to your steps with supported Triger and action. I able to create file in OneDrive but getting error in Convert step. Please have a look at below screenshot.

Please check and let me know your suggestion.

Hi Manoj,

Thanks for your response.

We have deleted this flow due to the error. And we decided to not using this PDF conversion. our client fine with sending word file. So, Our team deleted this flow. Please post here if you able to achieve this word to PDF in future.
