Consume AX webservice using SOAP UI tool

Hi Everyone,

I have deployed service in AX 2012 and configured its binding to wshttpbinding , which works fine in visual studio using dot net. But when i use it in free SOAP UI tool I cannot use it and throws error :

'The message could not be processed. This is most likely because the action 'tempuri.org/.../Operation' is incorrect or because the message contains an invalid or expired security context token or because there is a mismatch between bindings. The security context token would be invalid if the service aborted the channel due to inactivity. To prevent the service from aborting idle sessions prematurely increase the Receive timeout on the service endpoint's binding.'

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hi Amit

    Hi Deni

Thanks for the link, but i had already gone through that link. Is it necessary to create Enhanced HTTP adapter webservice and host on IIS even if the domain in which webservice will be consumed is same as that of AX domain?

Should it work if i change binding using configuration tool in AX to basichttp or wshttp , keeping the service as on nettcp adapter and Basic category instead of enhanced?

    Thanks,

    Amit.

    Hi Amit

I can say that I had the same requirement and followed the link above, all worked fine for me.

Finally about SoapUI remember to set the Proxy Account through the SoapUI Preferences form

    Ok Thanks Denis.

I am facing one problem while deployed on HTTP adapter is Error saying : 'The port ‘TestWebservice’ could not be deployed.\nError, An Unknow error has occurred'.

When I debugged it I found that , while activating port Dynamics.AX.Application.dll is supposed to be present in bin folder of Aifwebservices. But i find it missing.

Aifwebservices website is being validated succefully , also working in browser when checked and link which I have in website is 'localhost/MicrosoftDynamicsAXAif60&;.

    Thanks,

    Amit.

    Hi Denis

Just to update on this. I created basichttpbinding in AX configuration tool on Inbound port keeping nettcp adapter with basic configuration and webservice is being consumed successfully.

    Thanks,

    Amit.
