Business Central - Report Layout Templates

Was wondering if anybody knew of any sources for custom report layouts for Business Central?

For example the Invoice one has a few pre-made ones filled in but when you move onto other things like statements there is nothing, would be nice to pick something 90% there and tweak the colours/fonts to save having to make from scratch?

Would have thought there would be someone who had pre-built them and shared or even a provider who sells generic templates?

Any ideas would be great, as it seems everyone is repeating the same processes to get to a similar outcome?

    Hi,

    there is no need to create the report from the scratch. you should you below steps for any kind of the report for which you want to change in standard.

    1. go to report layout selection and serch the reppot which you want to change.

    2. click on the custom layout for the same, you will not get anything over there but once you will click on the New button system will popup a input box there you should have to select the rdlc layout and click OK.

    3. now you will find a line has been created and to selecting the line you can now cliek on the layout and then export the layout. this will download a copy of your standard reprot.

    4. now after changing you whould use the import layout to import the customized report, you have to just to check first whether after edited the reprot the report layout selection should be custom layout into selected layout option.
