We have implemented field services and discovered that where the service location account related to the work order is not geocoded (i.e. does not have a latitude and longitude value), we cannot search for resources via the 'book' button on the work order, even if the work order is marked as 'location agnostic'.
Could someone please advise where this behavior is documented?
Hi Loren,
You can raise support request with Microsoft if any further information required. Thank you.

Hi Alexander- yes, we see it on the schedule assistant (when booking from a work order and when calling it from the schedule board), we aren't using quick book.
Do you see the same behavior when you use the Schedule Assist? Also, do you use the Quick Book feature?
Hope you are doing well.
We didn't find much information about this on official document except https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/set-up-bookable-resources#:~:text=Location%20agnostic%20%2D%20select%20this%20option,will%20not%20return%20in%20results..If you have any further question, you can raise request with Microsoft so that they can confirm you behavior, Thank you.
