PQU overlapping with package deployment.

Do you plan to deploy directly from UAT to production (not via your pre prod environment)?
If so, you will need to either:
Deploy from UAT before the PQU update
or
Update UAT to the same PQU as pre prod/future prod before deploying UAT -> Prod
Ideally you would first test the PQU with your UAT package update by updating UAT early.
If your UAT package is going to Pre Prod first, you will have 2 scenarios:
Pre Prod to Production before the planned MS PQU: all updated in one downtime and MS PQU cancelled
or
Pre Prod to Production after the planned MS PQU: package applied okay, as minor versions already match
