I am configuring Budget planing, I want to Filter the Main Account column based on the user. each department user should fill up some specific accounts. I want only the relevant accounts to the department user to be available in the drop down list . or at least show only the expense accounts which is actually relevant.
I have tried the Budget planning rule which is hidden in the Form of Account structure configuration But it apply rule on the dimensions and it actually validate with the Submission which is not good. accounts and dims should not be shown in the first place .
it is working like a charm in Budget control Form and Ledger Form . However, in Budget Planing I cannot do anything with the accounts .

Maybe I need to make myself more clear.
In budget control I built an organization hierarchy to distribute the budget plans. It represent the budget flow from finance to other departments.
I link the organization hierarchy to the workflow in the budget process, where I specify the specific users for the budget plans.
Now, I want the user who belongs to specific department to be able to select only his department in the budget plan lines.
However, all departments are showing for every one.
