I am facing an issue with AX on 2022 server. The problem is that the client is running slow. F.ex.: the clinet on WinSer2022 (TermServ) open a customer oder with double click over 8-12 second, but on my laptop (win11) it takes 2 sec long. So we can say that the AOS and SQL running well.
The WS2022 terminal servers are on the same server virtualized (hyper-v). I am tried many things: many compatibility mode, configure AX client, etc...
Somebody use AX2012R3CU9 on WS2022 ? Or has somebody any idea ?
Worst case I have to downgrade the terminal servers, but I think it is possible to solve somehow.
You can verify the network latency between the two servers. Network latency may cause performance degradation between servers. You can also check the server configuration to see if the memory or CPU is allocated appropriately. Improper allocation of memory or CPU may cause performance lags. You can also use performance monitoring tools to view server operation.
