When I record a meeting with a contact, I am using the follow-up activities as a reminder for a follow-up meeting. I would like to see all these follow-up meetings on a dashboard. Is that possible? I can't find them on any Tasks list or dashboard. Thanks.
You can see follow-up meetings on a dashboard in Dynamics 365 by creating a custom view for follow-up activities.
In Dynamics 365, go to the Advanced Find option in the top-right corner -> Select "Activities" from the drop-down menu -> add filters to find follow-up activities (phone call, task, appointment) -> click "save as" to create a new view and name it something like "Follow-Up Meetings".
Then create a dashboard including the custom view. Navigate to the dashboards section from the main menu -> click on "+ New Dashboard" to start a new one or select an existing dashboard to edit.
Add a List Component: Add a list component to the dashboard -> choose the custom view you created (Follow-Up Meetings) to display follow-up activities -> save your changes and publish the dashboard.
I hope this helps answer your question.
