Field Service Mobile App- Connection with server could not be established

Hallo!

My FS mobile app stopped working in the middle of the working day today, prior to that (literally 3 min earlier) it was working just fine. There have been no configuration changes made to the application at all.

First thing I noticed was that it was syncing for a really long time, did not finish syncing but app froze instead.

After closing the app, reopening it and trying to run the sync again the app said it's trying to connect and returned the following error after about 30 min:

I tried logging in into a different environment (with the same account) but got the same result.

Deleting data did not help.

Deleting app from mobile phone and downloading it again didn't help.

The same error occurs if i try to use mobile app from my laptop, so the device is not an issue.

I have wireless connection (full bar - working from home) but being able to switch application to online is impossible (non-responsive). Mobile phone as well as laptop are working with wireless just fine, no issues whatsoever.

After trying for several hours the error won't even show up anymore, I just get stuck at the sign-in screen and can' get further from there (app doesn't even try to log me in nor sync).

Please help.

    Restarting the phone fixed the issue.

    no, just regular log-in screen as a standard user.

    I tried again today and just received another error:

    Do you use multi factor authentication? Or using any secutiy policy rules on your mobiles?

    PS: A coworker tried signing in from his mobile phone (same username) at his home (so different internet connection) and gets the same error.
