Hello,I would like to add a link to an email that takes the contact to a marketing page/form which then creates a list of contacts in a marketing list. The end goal is to use this list as a suppression segment. Can this be done? Has anyone achieved this? Thank you,Graham
Hi Graham,
As per my understanding,
1. You could create a interaction based segment directly to collect contacts who opened a specific form or page.
And there are two existing templates to build such segment.
Please take introduction about interaction based segment as reference:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/segments-interaction
2. If you would prefer to marketing list, then lauching a workflow(on-demand) for contacts would also work.
There is no OOB step to add contact to marketing list, but we could achieve it with help of "Add To Marketing List" step from Dynamics 365 Workflow Tool solution.

Hello Clofly,
Thank you very much.
I managed to associate a subscription list with a form/page and then use that list for a segment.
Thank you,
Graham
If you associated a subscription list with a form/page, then form visitor who ticked list checkbox and submitted form will be added to that list automatically.
Next, we can build a segment with "Subscribers" template to query contacts who have joined a subscription list.
Finally set the segment as supression segment of customer journey.
