Hello,

We are running into an issue were only certain customers have a required field  "Customer PO Number" on the Sales Transaction Entry window, how do we remove this from being a required field?

Thanks for your help!

You may have VBA running on the window.  Do you see a . before or after the window name?

Another thing to look at is the PSTL tools setting. If you launch the PSTL tools and go to the SOP PO Number Check, you may have some settings that would cause the PO Number to be required in some cases. It isn't customer specific, but it could look that way. Check it out:

When you click the Next button, this window opens:

Check to see if you have anything set on the above window.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
