customer service enterprise solution not available to install

Hello,

My client has Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with D365 Customer Service Enterprise, however only the Sales Enterprise solution is available in 'Resources' to install. Ominchannel is installed. Customer Service agent app is installed, but the core CS Enterprise is not showing. Is this standard?
