It might be simple :)
I am employed in a firm where I have to get people, to sign a little note.
the note contains :
name last name
address with housenumber
post number town
a unic number starting with "PE" examble: PE09251
a unic number with 6
a line where the signing is going to be
----
all the data is in dynamic NAV 2016 and on the same page
what I want is to send to printer after marking the names ex. with a icon in the top
Is it posible and easy :)

Do you want to have a NAV page for inserting this data and then print them?
If so, just create a table to handle the records, the relative pages (card and list), then a report with these details. On the card page previously created, you can place a button (Page Action) where you launch this report (RunObject property = your report).
