Hi All,

We have an urgent issue with regards to creating a record. suddenly while we're creating a record an error "Create Entity Error" occured

Upon checking, it states that the user does not have create permission for a specific field, but when i check Settings > Security > Field Security Profiles i can't see the name of the field on Field Permissions section, i checked the field properties and Field Security is Enabled.

i tried to disable it but there is an error stating that i dont have permission to do so, i'm using an admin account

it's working properly before and we did not change anything prior to this error.

A help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

if you are using admin account and you still cant see the field in field security profile and you are using online version, please raise a support ticket to Microsoft.

else please download the log file and share here

I believe you do not have system admin role that's why you are not able to disable field security and unable to see field in field security profile.

Please confirm your security role.
